I supported the Community Integrity team as a design lead, building protection and support experiences across Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram.
My work focussed predominantly on enforcement and protection experiences, tackling integrity challenges stemming from bullying, self harm, child safety, suicide, and terror organisations (to name just a few).
As a design lead I held responsibility for the design and execution of several flagship integrity products across the platform, and collaborated closely with external stakeholders (Government bodies, Non-profits, and NGO's) to inform the direction and focus of our efforts.
Throughout the 2 years at Facebook I supported and led multiple cross-org "moonshot" initiatives to tackle long-sought after goals and drastically improving the efficacy of our integrity and protection experiences, while advocating for new levels of design excellence and execution within the Integrity org.
UNSND is a web-based story telling experience; sharing the stories of 5 people from different walks of life in London. Designed to cast light on the parallels we experience as humans no matter our background or path.
Over the course of 4 weeks, I worked with a content strategist & developer to build out the online experience.
